These Terms govern your use of Phase Forensics software, services, and related products. By using our Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We offer Personal and Enterprise plans, each requiring a valid license.

Keeping Your Account Safe

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity that takes place under your account is attributable to you. Do not share your credentials with anyone.

Prohibited Conduct

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with Phase Forensics software
Bypassing anti-cheat or security systems
Assisting others in developing cheats, exploits, or similar tools
Impersonating other users or Phase Forensics staff
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Accessing the Services through automated, unauthorized, or fraudulent means

Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban without refund.

License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or pool licenses unless Phase Forensics has explicitly agreed in writing.

Enterprise customers may sublicense solely within the scope of the purchased plan and accompanying documentation.

Account Suspension & Bans

Phase Forensics reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion. A ban does not entitle you to a refund of any kind.

Privacy

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Phase Forensics Privacy Policy. By using the Services you acknowledge and accept our data-handling practices.

Refund Policy

All payments are final. Phase Forensics does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure the Services meet your needs before purchasing.
